Job Responsibilities:
∎ SO (Sales Order) & DO (Delivery Order) Process
∎ Develop the operational Policy & Process to manage the economical control
∎ Prepare daily distribution plan and product allocation base availability
∎ Prepare daily transport program and follow up the in transit vehicle
∎ Faster DO Management and make sure the product delivery support to customers
∎ Co-ordinate with Sales, Delivery Team -Plant, Warehouse, Finance and other relevant cross functional departments in order to ensure smooth distribution operations
∎ Transport Management: Co-ordinate with transport vendor, 3rd Transport Vendor recruitment & negotiation, vendor performance evaluation and determine appropriate fare through proper analysis & negotiation. Check the monthly product transportation vendor bill and reconcile with daily transport program
∎ Customer Service and Complaint Management
∎ Lead Operational Efficiency and Excellence in day to day distribution operations and reduce the product distribution lead time and cost.
∎ Prepare daily/month/quarterly/yearly distribution reports and circulate to management and relevant stakeholders
∎ Leadership: Lead, Motivate and develop the team members to achieve the functional goal and contribute the functional & behavioral development of team members towards GPH greater success.

∎ Working Experience in SAP/ERP
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill, communication ability, energetic & confident
∎ Excellent analytical & decision making ability
∎ Them building ability
∎ Skilled in transport operation management
