Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in any discipline from any recognized university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsible for feed distribution.
∎ After receiving Delivery order from Head Office plan, organize & execute transportation & distribution throughout the country according to company's rule and procedure.
∎ Maintain close contact with transport agencies for product delivery.
∎ Ensure full procedure and guideline for delivery the goods i.e. covering the feed with polythene, tarpaulin after loading feeds, check the covering materials are usable etc.
∎ Developing & confirming realistic distribution plan for our own trucks.
∎ Coordinating with drivers and trucks (both own and dealers).
∎ Ensure First In First Out system while loading vehicle for delivery.
∎ Make proper arrangement for delivery to goods by contacting with production and store department.
∎ Receive customer complain (if any) and discuss with the management to resolve the issue within shortest possible time.
∎ Responsible for Inter departmental coordination with Delivery Section, Weigh Bridge & VAT department, for sending the materials to the right place in right time.
∎ To prepare schedule for product distribution as per target and receiving product returned from customer and coordinating with Finance & Accounts department to adjust the payment accordingly.
∎ To coordinate with dealers & marketing team for planning delivery of feed as per the schedule and monitoring daily activities of logistics movement.
∎ Custodian of DO office copy, Delivery Challan of customer receiving copy and other important documents.
∎ Constantly communicating with his higher authorities and keep them informed regarding any related issues and will come up with solutions if required.

∎ This is factory based job. Therefore, the candidates looking for corporate office / Dhaka based job should not apply.
∎ Candidates with experience in Feed distribution will be given preference.
∎ Should be proactive and capable of doing job under immense pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
