Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, execute and achieve the sales targets as per the business plan.
∎ Expanding the marketing network of the assigned area.
∎ Identify the Potential farmers and Convert them into own Customers.
∎ Ensure the respective work and agent visit in accordance with the route plan.
∎ Build-up relation with agents and to give them necessary information regarding products, performance (e.g., FCR, Advantages & benefits), prices, commissions, comparative advantages of product & attract them in business.
∎ Addressing complaint of stakeholders.
∎ Lead and motivate team members towards continuous growth.
∎ Evaluating performance of team members.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants must have experience in selling poultry, fish & cattle feed.
∎ The candidate must have the mindset and be capable of extensive field visits.
∎ Computer (especially in MS Excel) and smartphone operating skills are necessary.
∎ Strong business sense and industry expertise.
∎ Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
∎ Good communication & negotiation skills.
