Responsibilities & Context:

Job Grade: up to SPO

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative digital banking products and services to strengthen the Bank’s digital ecosystem.

  • Drive business growth through digital adoption, transaction expansion, and strategic partnerships with FinTechs, PSPs, and other stakeholders.

  • Oversee POS/QR/Bangla QR merchant onboarding, terminal deployment, and ensure smooth corporate internet banking operations.

  • Manage E-Traffic Fine Collection and A-Challan settlement processes in coordination with regulatory and law enforcement agencies.

  • Supervise Card Management System (CMS) operations, ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and system readiness.

  • Coordinate with internal divisions and external vendors to ensure timely project delivery, service excellence, and compliance.

  • Monitor digital channel performance, transaction success rates, and customer experience for continuous service improvement.

  • Lead digital transformation initiatives, oversee testing and rollout, and ensure regulatory compliance with Bangladesh Bank and NPSB.

  • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance analyses to support strategic decision-making.

  • Conduct training, awareness, and capacity-building programs to promote digital banking culture across stakeholders.

  • Prepare periodic reports and business performance dashboards for senior management.

  • Monitor system performance, customer usage trends, and market developments to identify areas for enhancement.

  • Lead and mentor team members to achieve departmental goals effectively.
