Experience:

Minimum 6 (six) years’ of relevant experience in Digital Banking, FinTech, or Electronic Payment Systems.
Strong understanding of API banking, payment gateways, and digital channel management.

Key Job Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative digital banking products and services to strengthen the Bank’s digital ecosystem.
Drive business growth through digital adoption, transaction expansion, and strategic partnerships with FinTechs, PSPs, and other stakeholders.
Oversee POS/QR/Bangla QR merchant onboarding, terminal deployment, and ensure smooth corporate internet banking operations.
Manage E-Traffic Fine Collection and A-Challan settlement processes in coordination with regulatory and law enforcement agencies.
Supervise Card Management System (CMS) operations, ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and system readiness.
Coordinate with internal divisions and external vendors to ensure timely project delivery, service excellence, and compliance.
Monitor digital channel performance, transaction success rates, and customer experience for continuous service improvement.
Lead digital transformation initiatives, oversee testing and rollout, and ensure regulatory compliance with Bangladesh Bank and NPSB.
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance analyses to support strategic decision-making.
Conduct training, awareness, and capacity-building programs to promote digital banking culture across stakeholders.
Prepare periodic reports and business performance dashboards for senior management.
Monitor system performance, customer usage trends, and market developments to identify areas for enhancement.
Lead and mentor team members to achieve departmental goals effectively.
