Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must needs to have proper knowledge of Surveillance product (like- CCTV Segment Products- Analog Camera, DVR, Network Camera, NVR, Server, Network Device) to lead the sales team.
∎ Supports the sales force and leads the technical aspect of the selling process
∎ including the developing and conducting of professional product presentations and
∎ demonstrations to generate sales and meet revenue objectives.
∎ Works closely with sales representatives along with potential clients that support
∎ direct/corporate/project sales.
∎ Provides overall leadership on initiatives and projects.
∎ Makes decisions for team in support of set target.
∎ Builds trusted relationships with sales teams and client accounts, such that they can
∎ leverage their domain and/or business/industry expertise to increase the company's
∎ credibility and communicate the company value proposition primarily in sales
∎ situations that advance the sales of software.
∎ Carrying out tender responses, answering and expanding on functional / technical
∎ requirements within complex tender documents of potential clients.
∎ Actively research and maintain a thorough understanding of our own products and
∎ competitor brand analysis.
∎ Working with the Team Head to ensure that all sales documentation and collateral is kept up to date and relevant.
∎ Carryout any other task as directed or assigned by the Team Leader/Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Good command over MS Office Package specially MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
