∎ Knowledge of textile manufacturing processes and yarn specifications.
∎ Familiarity with supply chain management software and tools.
∎ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Source, evaluate and negotiate contracts with yarn suppliers to ensure favorable terms and pricing.
∎ Monitor market trends, global supply dynamics and regulatory changes affecting yarn procurement.
∎ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast yarn requirements and develop procurement strategies aligned with production schedules.
∎ Manage supplier relationships, address any issues or concerns and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
∎ Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of yarn materials while optimizing transportation costs.
∎ Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that yarn are stored correctly & safely & organize warehouse space is used efficiently.
∎ Make sure correspondent with CNF against yarn import through by commercial team.
∎ Maintain FIFO/LIFO & smooth operation for yarn received from suppliers’ delivery to knitting & returned products.
∎ Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to yarn procurement, inventory levels and supplier performance.
∎ Stay updated on advancements in yarn technology and explore opportunities for innovation and cost optimization.
∎ Ensure daily/weekly stock report to the management.
∎ Follow and implement the operational strategies & procedure according to the company policy.
∎ Any other job as may be assigned by the management time to time.
