Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Sales and Marketing, Master of Arts (MA) in Sales and Marketing.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Corporate Sales/ Marketing.
∎ Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
∎ Responsible for achieving the sales target of the company.
∎ Prepare report as required by management.
∎ Corporate Marketing, Project visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
∎ Development new clients & maintain good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Build a strong relationship with customer.
∎ Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
∎ Development of Plan, Designs for meeting demands and requirements of the Clients.
∎ Expected to be target oriented and ensure the achievement on time.
∎ Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning and execution.
∎ Coordinate with Customer service departments to provide smooth and quality services to the clients.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Skills Required: Experience on Relevant Field, Good Communication Skill (Bangla and English).
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Apartment & Land Selling.
∎ The applicants should must have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate.
