∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit market following door to door policy.
∎ Achieve target and ensure profit to the organization.
∎ Find out the target customers and extend personalized service in them.
∎ Identify new market opportunities and ensure the effective development of land project.
∎ Plan to execute the target with estimated deadline & do necessary following up.
∎ Find the customer requirements and make sure to meet the entire requirement.
∎ Monitor and analyze and submit all reports.
∎ Execute any other activities assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in Real estate Sales, Marketing, Customer Support/Client Service, Corporate Marketing.
∎ Ability to work in a team with a strong focus on results.
∎ Good Analytical ability and problem solving skills with excellent interpersonal relations.
∎ Strong proficiency in Understanding, Speaking and Writing in Bangla and English.
∎ Preference will be given to the highly experience person.
∎ Solid knowledge of land sale.
∎ Smart, Flexibility, Adaptability & Organizational skills.
