Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field (MBA preferred)
5–8 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing (Brokerage experience will be an advantage)
Strong network with HNI (High Net Worth Individual) clients
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Strong understanding of the Bangladesh real estate market
High level of professionalism and customer-centric approach

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional for the position of Deputy Manager / Manager – Sales & Marketing. The incumbent will play a critical role in driving revenue growth through the buying, selling, and renting of premium real estate properties, while maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth clients.
Key Responsibility:
Identify and pursue potential buyers and sellers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Follow up on company-generated leads to ensure conversion.
Manage and promote secondary property listings.
Ensure all property documentation is accurate and up to date.
Present properties in line with premium market standards.
Conduct property site visits with clients.
Provide market insights, investment analysis (ROI), and guidance on legal/procedural matters.
Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
Ensure mutually beneficial agreements and timely deal closures.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales pipeline in CRM/software.
Coordinate with internal teams (legal, registration, etc.).
Ensure smooth property handover and client satisfaction.
