∎ MBA from IBA, Dhaka University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Delivering training to build them as a professionally skilled person in Digital Marketing. You will be involved in all aspects of training, creating and working with course materials and delivering training.
∎ Designing and developing course curriculum and keeping it up-to-date on the demand of requirements.
∎ Conducting and delivering training sessions on a wide range of topics based on the curriculum.
∎ Designing, organizing and delivering courses to meet the needs of all trainees.
∎ Keeping up-to-date with Digital Marketing tools based on the demand of national market places.
∎ Monitoring, evaluating and reviewing the quality and effectiveness of training.
∎ Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
∎ Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
∎ Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Professional/ Technical qualification: Professional training course Marketing, HR & Web related.
∎ Skills Required: Digital Marketing, Google Ads, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Marketing (SMM) Advance knowledge in marketing is an added advantage.
∎ Accurate, fast keying skills and sound knowledge of computer applications.
∎ Able to quickly understand both the learner's and company's needs and able to adjust priorities in accordance with the learner and team needs.
∎ Experience in training and doing freelancing in market places such as Fiverr & Up work will get preference.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with good presentation skills.
∎ Should be motivating, encouraging, positive, patient and empowering.
∎ Be able to provide honest, accurate, appropriate feedback, good ethical judgment, and work under pressure. Driven to be challenged, develop and expand own skills.
∎ Mature: Professional, and yet approachable. Mentors must be willing to share their knowledge and should have a wide range of experience.
∎ Be a product specialist in a given area(s).
∎ Provide training services to make market experts in specific sector.
∎ Deliver high quality trainings with a focus on consistency, for Online or Offline classes.
∎ Conduct engaging and informative training webinars including creating appropriate content, and maintaining an up to date market information.
∎ Always expecting market research, market development ideas from you.
∎ Need to provide a hands on training on specific topic.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable. Based on skill set, experience and contribution.
