The Expatriates Development Society of Bangladesh is offering an EU Talent Partnership Program (ELTTP) to develop skilled language instructors and create employment opportunities in European countries. The program focuses on language training and career placement support.

Training Details:

• Duration: 6 Months

• Course Level: Up to B2

• Structure:

  • Phase 1: Level A1 (3 months – 144 hours)

  • Phase 2: Level B1 (3 months – 144 hours)

• Total Training Hours: 288 hours

• Batch Size: 20 trainees per batch

Training Schedule:

• Daily: 2 hours

• Monthly: 24 days

Additional Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of English / Italian / German / Albanian preferred

• Candidates without prior language skills must complete daily training sessions

Training Allowance (During Course):

• Level A1: BDT 100 per hour (total approx. 144 hours)

• Level B1: BDT 100 per hour (total approx. 144 hours)

Employment & Benefits:

• Successful candidates will be appointed as:

  • A1 Instructor (after first phase)

  • B1 Instructor (after second phase)

• During teaching period:

  • Up to BDT 200 per hour allowance (after completed level – A1)

  • Up to BDT 500 per hour allowance (after completed level – B1)

• Opportunity for overseas employment support

Special Conditions:

• Minimum 80% attendance required

• Monthly allowance will be paid within 15 days after month-end
