Experience:
An advanced university degree (Master’s degree/MBA) in Marketing, Management or Business Administration is preferable.
Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in operations, business management, commercial planning, or strategic leadership, including 5–8 years in a senior management role with responsibility for organizational performance, growth and overall operations.
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Bangla, with strong communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
High level of ownership, initiative and commitment to results
Strong commercial judgment with the ability to balance business growth, service quality and operational discipline, along with the confidence, maturity and practical decision-making ability to lead effectively in a dynamic environment.
Provide strategic and operational leadership for WINGS Learning Centre
Lead the overall operations of the organization in alignment with its vision and long-term growth priorities.
Translate strategic direction into practical operational plans, measurable targets and business actions.
Ensure effective coordination across departments to maintain disciplined and efficient operations.
Drive business diversification and growth
Lead the expansion of the organization’s business portfolio across different age groups, academic levels, professions and learner segments.
Explore and develop new educational and commercial opportunities beyond study-abroad-focused IELTS services.
Identify emerging market demands and convert them into scalable and revenue-generating service offerings.
Position business diversification as a core institutional priority for sustainable growth.
Drive new business opportunities by identifying growth areas, assessing their potential, and developing practical business plans and operational structures for successful implementation.
Manage strategic partnerships and external coordination
Maintain effective working relationships with external institutions, partnering with various external stakeholders including the British Council Bangladesh.
Lead negotiations on business-related matters such as mock test pricing, registration rates, venue rates and other operational terms.
Ensure partnership arrangements are commercially sound, professionally managed and aligned with organizational interests.
Drive revenue growth
Set revenue targets, monitor achievement against those targets and provide the business development team with the guidance and support needed to drive revenue growth smoothly and effectively.
Oversee budget, cost control and financial discipline
Prepare and monitor operational and business-related budgets in coordination with relevant internal stakeholders.
Oversee cost structures, expenditure patterns and financial efficiency across business functions.
Ensure that new and existing initiatives are managed with sound financial judgment and commercial discipline.
Monitor performance and support employee development
Monitor team and employee performance against defined targets and provide guidance and support where stronger alignment, improvement or accountability is needed.
Identify performance gaps and work with HR to prepare appropriate training and development plans.
Improve systems, processes and digital infrastructure
Oversee the development and improvement of existing operational systems, processes, and workflows.
Drive improvements in software, website functionality, digital tools and reporting systems while supporting process modernization and operational scalability for future growth.
Review and guide TVCs and other promotional materials to ensure they align with the company’s brand position, service priorities, and business objectives.
Lead campaigns for company promotion and product sales
Prepare and oversee various promotional activities and campaigns to strengthen company presence and generate business growth.
Design campaign approaches that support both institutional branding and direct product or service sales.
Introduce market-oriented campaign ideas and business promotion initiatives to improve customer engagement and conversion.
Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
Strengthen service delivery processes to improve learner experience and customer satisfaction.
Monitor the effectiveness of customer-facing operations and recommend improvements where necessary.
