• 8–10 years of experience in quality management within steel fabrication or structural manufacturing

• Strong knowledge of welding standards, NDT and material testing

• Experience with ISO-based quality management systems

• Leadership skills with the ability to work cross-functionally

• Strong reporting, documentation and problem-solving skills

The job role is to lead and manage the quality assurance and control processes to ensure all steel structure products meet or exceed industry standards and client specifications. The role will focus on overseeing inspections, audits and testing procedures, driving continuous improvement in quality standards and ensuring strict compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

1. Implement and monitor quality control processes across fabrication and assembly

2. Lead, train and supervise QC inspectors and technicians

3. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ASTM, EN and project-specific standards

4. Oversee calibration and maintenance of testing equipment

5. Lead root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions

6. Coordinate supplier audits and resolve material quality issues

7. Maintain inspection records, test reports and traceability documents

8. Ensure quality activities follow health, safety and environmental regulations

9. Promote a strong culture of quality and safety across departments
