Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Plan and organize production schedules for M/s Raju Auto Rice Mill.
∎ Liable to increase production due time by eliminating the wastage.
∎ To fix up target in collaboration of Top Management and achieve due time.
∎ To oversee production processes, inventory, distribution of goods and facility layout.
∎ Maintaining product, prepare equipment, machinery and strictly follow to safety & security, hygiene and other health and safety guidelines are your responsibilities.
∎ Responsible to ensure cleaning and deep cleaning of all related individual designated areas of production.
∎ You will have to determine quality control standards.
∎ You are accountable to organize the repair and routine maintenance of production machinery & equipment.
∎ You will have to supervise the work of sub-ordinates.
∎ Responsible for Manpower planning for smooth production.
∎ Organizing relevant training sessions if needed.
∎ Prepare and arrange production as per schedule and forecast.
∎ To check availability of manpower allocation according to priority.
∎ To keep record of all document related to production.
∎ To take charge of full time to ensure the output of production.
∎ To arrange raw & packing materials as per required.
∎ To increase production efficiency, asset's capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards, while striving to improve overall standards.
∎ Responsible to implement production plans initiated by the Authority at the plant level and be accountable for timely deliveries.
∎ To address & handle production employees- issues or grievances in collaboration with HR & Admin Department.
∎ To assess project and resource requirements.
∎ To set and review the budgets and managing cost.
∎ Any other tasks as/when assigned by the Management.
