Responsibilities & Context:
- Ensuring all operations are carried on maintaining GMP and cost-effective way.
- Work on automation and new product development.
- Ensure profitability of the business.
- Communicate with production, sales and distribution for smooth operation.
- Prepare monthly production planning & ensure finished products are distributed as per customer requirement.
- Helping the organization’s processes remain legally compliant with DGDA.
- Source materials, plan inventory and warehouse efficiency.
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
- Examine financial data and use them to improve business profitability & manage budgets, forecasts.
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.
- Coordinate with supply chain and monitor all LC progress of raw materials & machineries.
- Coordinate with factory to ensure maximum production output.
