Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for maintaining repairing and troubleshooting of woven garments equipment of electrical & elector-mechanical machinery including Embroidery, LASER, Generator, Boiler, Compressor etc.
∎ Responsible for periodic and schedule maintenance of all machinery and equipment of the organization.
∎ Developing, updating and maintaining the SOP for maintenance of all machinery and equipment.
∎ Ensure proper monitoring & follow up routine for schedule maintenance. Including break down maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting maintenance etc.
∎ Responsible for providing mechanical design, technical analysis, and resolution of engineering problems with knowledge in Auto cad.
∎ Control and manage mechanical and electrical team through regular visits as necessary in order to assess progress, safety and quality and to give instruction or advice to supervisors and workers.
∎ Training all maintenance staff as per maintenance SOP
∎ Managing inventory of all equipment and machinery and utilization of spare parts, materials, manpower etc.
∎ Prepare necessary reports, record keeping.
∎ Look after all necessary purchase requisition of mechanical equipment with Technical evaluation of all equipment before purchase Ed.

∎ Age 35 to 40 years
