Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To develop effective investment recovery strategies from default/delinquent Parties
∎ To conduct tours anywhere in country when required for legal issues
∎ To maintain liaison with local administrator and LEA
∎ To prepare legal notices to default/delinquent Parties where necessary Filing GD, lodging FIR & Ejahar where necessary before the concerned Police Station
∎ To assess the defaulter's specific situation, review relevant documentation, and determine the most appropriate legal course of action to recover company's risky investment
∎ To Explore alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation or conciliation and arbitration, to expedite debt recovery and reduce legal costs where appropriate
∎ To initiate legal proceedings on behalf of the company to recover default investment
∎ To file lawsuit/s and represent the company before the Hon'ble Court to obtain a judgment against the default/delinquent Parties
∎ To resolve debt disputes between company and default party through settlement(s) whenever possible
∎ To engage in discussions with default Parties to reach mutually agreeable payment arrangement(s)
∎ To ensure effective actions that complies with rules and regulations to avoid any legal consequences
∎ To offer strategies to mitigate risks associated with recovery activities
∎ To maintain detailed records of all communications, legal proceedings, and financial transactions related to recovery process
∎ To manage the team, including providing mentorship, guidance, and necessary support
∎ To complete any types of work/tasks required by the management on behalf of the company
