Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist to develop and to execute the sales strategies for achieving revenue targets.
∎ Capable to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering personalized service and addressing their needs.
∎ Lead to supervise and support the sales team to achieve their target.
∎ Train the sales team members for ensuring their high performance.
∎ Keep up-to-date regarding market trends and competitor activities to develop the sales strategies.
∎ Track and report on overall sales performance monthly/ quarterly/half-yearly.
∎ Set up the SOP for the sales process from initial contact through to final transaction.
