∎ B.Sc in CSE/ EEE/ ECE/ ETE or Equivalent

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP, IT Enabled Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Configuring and maintaining of VOIP Soft-switch, Voice Media Gateways and other IP Telephony systems like IP phones, Video Conferencing equipment's etc.
∎ E1/SS7 Signaling, codec, dial plan, voice traffic routing, CDR, SIP server security & monitoring etc.
∎ Offering IP Telephony / Call Center solution using IP phones, FXO/FXS/ATA devices GSM Gateway etc. to deserving customers.
∎ Networking and Linux server administration

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge about IP phone, Video Conferencing equipment's, Application Servers, Backup and recovery, Data center, storage system etc.
∎ Must be proactive and able to execute tasks efficiently.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills both in Bengali & English
