Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setting Brand strategy, including the brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term.
∎ Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers' expectations and to build the credibility of brands.
∎ Creating awareness and Brand building strategies campaigns on Social Media platforms marketing, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ad-Sense, WhatsApp, WeChat, Quora, etc. and manages digital marketing campaigns and YouTube marketing.
∎ Develop digital marketing strategies to enhance branding, implement digital marketing plans, creative planning, and execution of all the digital marketing campaigns, including good knowledge of content writing.
∎ Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items.
∎ Supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding.
∎ Development of effective product positioning in the market.
∎ Competitor and customer insights analysis.
∎ Liaison with advertising agency to supervise advertising and promotional campaigns.
∎ Analysing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports
∎ Report to the GM-Operations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least two years working experience required in managerial role.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Ceramics, Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies.
∎ Brand Communication, Brand Management, Brand Promotion and Business Development, Sales promotion and Event management.
