Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing production tasks including planning, control and troubleshooting.
∎ Collaborate closely with all departments to ensure cross-functional projects are defined and executed to show measurable results in organizational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and financial savings.
∎ Continuously exploring business potential, opportunities and clientele to secure profitable business volumes; making business presentations to prospective customers, concluding negotiations and relationship building.
∎ Weekly & monthly scheduling of goods delivery plan and to ensure timely delivery of goods as on date committed to buyer.
∎ Mapping the Suppliers details including capacities, capabilities
∎ Allocations and Proper loading of the factory.
∎ Monitors, analyzes & reports performance to schedule of production & production support activities, utilizing information derived from material and production control systems.
∎ Identify monthly and seasonal factory capacity requirements based on customer demands and proactively take part in sourcing decisions to best satisfy customer demands while taking into consideration all possible sourcing constraints.
∎ Utilize analytical and quantitative skills to ensure sourcing plans are aligned with Company's overall strategies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Very good in analytical skill
∎ Strong interpersonal, communication & presentation skill
∎ Sophisticated in MS Office Package.
