Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure business profitability and compliance at the branch level.
∎ Meet earning targets and business acquisition targets.
∎ Manage and oversee Trade, Settlement, Operations, HR, Admin, and Finance functions for the specific branch.
∎ Ensure client retention and the best customer service at all times.
∎ Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and all company policies.
∎ Present market insights and appropriate analysis to clients and management.
∎ Coordinate trade orders (Sell and Buy) for customers and advise them on market/stock trends over the phone or in face-to-face meetings.
