Job Context:
∎ Digicon Telecommunication Limited is looking for Manager - Data Network under Technology Division for MIME, ISP.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead 24x7 NMC and tech support team for customer provisioning and technical support.
∎ Operation, maintenance, and integration of Core IP network of ISP, IIG & NIX.
∎ Plan, design and implement technical solution for IP/MPLS backbone.
∎ Responsible for handling technical problems with high performance and quality of services.
∎ Define service level and maintain network security as well as network performance.
∎ Responsible for supporting business team and have a good technical interaction with customer.
∎ Configure and maintenance of NMS, MRTG and other network tools.
∎ Customer focused with pro-active and responsive approach.
∎ Support training for data network, NMC, and tech support team.
∎ Developing backup/disaster recovery plan for a network emergency.
∎ Liaising with fiber links/BW service providers for fault resolution within agreed SLA time.
∎ Products / Technical Knowledge update through self-learning techniques, to meet upcoming service requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s) in the relevant area.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ ISP, IIG, Data Network.
∎ Working experience on multi-vendor Cisco, Juniper, Mikrotik equipment’s.
∎ Hand on experienced on large IP/MPLS network.
∎ Sound knowledge on L2/L3 network and protocols.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Strong communication, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
