Job Context:
∎ Digicon Telecommunication Limited is looking for Assistant Manager - Server & System Administration under Technology Division for MIME.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of network servers, virtualization, and applications.
∎ Install and upgrade network applications, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes.
∎ Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
∎ Responsible for capacity, storage planning, and database performance.
∎ Administration of different network applications like, Radius, Log Server, NMS, MRTG, DNS.
∎ Responsible for IVR telephony architecture, setup, modification and troubleshooting of the call steering and delivery.
∎ Work with emerging technologies such as SD-WAN and data center products.
∎ Products / Technical Knowledge update through self-learning techniques, to meet upcoming service requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years of database, system administration experience in ISP industry.
∎ Experienced with various operating systems and platforms.
∎ Working knowledge of virtualization, VMWare, or equivalent.
∎ Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Strong communication, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
