∎ Graduate in any discipline from a reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage & increase efficiency with quality standard through developing cutting process/techniques;
∎ Handle a large cutting floor with better quality and time management;
∎ Lead and Develop the Team for smooth operation of the cutting department;
∎ Arrange P.P meeting for each order/style and understand to all employees of cutting department;
∎ Receive the Fabrics/ Rib and others items from the store as per consumption;
∎ Cross check the QC report with the physical receiving and obtain the QC approval for the Sample/ Size and Bulk Cut accordingly;
∎ Differentiate the fabrics as per quality segregation;
∎ Prepare cutting plan as per production plan;
∎ Lay inspection- marking - and cutting the fabrics accordingly and ensure numbering are made accurately;
∎ Fabrics consumption shall be within the plan' if Cross then take approval from superior and bundle the Cut panel as per order wise;
∎ Ensure all types of fabrics are set before cutting;
∎ Keep liaison with concern Merchandiser/ PM/ Quality Manager/ Factory Head other for day to day work;
∎ Maintain 100 % compliance at cutting operation and department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 years of experience out of which 2-3 years in similar position in a large knit garment industry
∎ Pro-active, independent and result oriented
∎ Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and all other levels in the factory
∎ Strong people management skills - fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills both in Bengali and English
∎ Conversant in MS-Office
