Experience:

• 7 to 10 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Sound Job Knowledge.

• Strong technical knowledge in Cutting Production
• Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame

• Monitor the cutting input on line and check the production on daily basis.

• Check the marker, fabric consumption, fabric quality before starting the bulk cutting.

• Study and strictly follow cutting manuals of all buyers in order to avoid any cutting mistake.

• Determine cutting target with the help of in-charge and supervisor to increase the productivity and reduce labour cost.

• Analyze the monthly production and sort out the loop holes and give necessary direction to achieve the departmental goal.

• Ensure hundred percent availability of human and other resources for the cutting and fusing section.

• Conduct the daily coordination meeting to follow up and meet the weekly shipment schedule and troubleshooting.

• Evaluate staff performance, floor discipline, training needs and their career development.

• Prepare report on production, maintenance, people, quality, safety, consumption, monthly stock, and production cost.

• Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of cutting wastage, rejection, over cutting, and extra hour work.

• Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.

• Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.

• Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.

• Foster a positive and responsive culture whilst ensuring the production schedule is met.

• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior.
