• Garments, Pattern, 3D Sampling, Marker, Efficiency, Consumption
• Strong oral and written communication skill in English.
• Computer skills in MS Office, MS Excel and Internet
• Self-motivated, confident and proactive.
• Focused and detail oriented.
• Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Possess high sense of responsibility in the order to completion of the assignment
• Should be a long term planer.
• In-depth knowledge on pattern making, garment construction and size grading as well as extensive experience in sample fitting and measurement approvals.
• Basic fabric knowledge.
• Knowledge on production process.

• Ensure bulk and sample garments pattern making.

• Prepare pattern for all correct print embroidery placement.

• Maintain pattern archives in correct order.

• Implement computerized system to produce pattern and grading.

• Follow up and incorporate the changes on pattern as assigned by buyers.

• Ensures that safety, quality, maintain compliance issues are taken as part of the job.

• Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.

• Need to communicate properly with buyer and concern merchandiser

• Digitizing the patterns (given by the pattern maker), carrying out alterations, adjustments and grading as per instructions, and preparing a mini-marker for the calculation of the material consumption for costing purposes.

• For confirmed orders, revising fabric consumption where required based on actual width details, calculating consumption details of other trims and communicating the information to the merchants to support material ordering purposes.

• Need to have good knowledge on knit ladies garments fitting.

• Any other task as assigned by the superior.
