Oversee the cutting department's daily operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.2. Manage and optimize cutting processes to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.3. Supervise and train cutting team members, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.4. Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure accurate cutting of materials based on specifications.5. Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and cutting tools, placing orders as necessary.6. Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all cut materials meet company standards.7. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to cutting machinery or processes.8. Maintain records of production outputs, material usage, and any discrepancies. 9. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
