Job Context:
∎ Must be expense in 140 line knit garments factory.
∎ Candidate who is stay in Narayanganj will be preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall Cutting Department about 140 lines knit Garments factory.
∎ Have to make sure consumption of fabric perfectly.
∎ Have to implement cutting projection..
∎ Ensure on time completion of cutting to meet the production deadline Order Quantity completion as PO Wise, style wise,
∎ Optimum utilization of work force by proper allocation
∎ Improve productivity and minimization of wastage by skill development of the workforce.
∎ Resolve technical bottlenecks in the floor for smooth production flow and to achieve right quality
∎ Labor Turnover and Absenteeism control as per plan.
∎ Maintain safe, compliant and pleasant workplace/factory.
∎ Coordination with quality department to ensure quality of the produce
∎ Other task will be set up by the management time to time.
∎ Any other task assigned by the higher authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be able to meet deadlines.
∎ Must be a team player with lots of energy and self motivation.
∎ Should be pro active and lead the whole production floor to achieve organisational goals.
∎ Should have good communication and people skills.
∎ Sound production knowledge is important.
∎ Candidate who is stay in narayanganj will be preferred.
