Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee all customs and bonded warehouse functions in alignment with government regulations and company policies.
∎ Ensure timely updating and maintenance of the bond register (In-Bond & Ex-Bond).
∎ Prepare and submit annual import/export customs statements for bond audits.
∎ Prepare / Make UP and submit to the Customs Bond Office.
∎ Maintain strong coordination with the Customs Office and other government bodies to facilitate customs and bond-related processes. Handle all customs-related responsibilities, including yearly audits, HS code formalities, and obtaining necessary certificates such as NOCs.
∎ Work closely with customs houses, bond commissions, and NBR to address queries and ensure smooth clearance processes.
