Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Additional training in Quality Management will be an advantage.
Conduct Pre-Production, In-Line, and 100% Pcs-to-Pcs Final Inspections (FRI) for apparel, textile, or related goods.
Prepare detailed inspection reports in English/Japanese format.
Verify product quality against buyer specifications, measurements, and AQL standards.
Ensure compliance with Japanese and international quality standards.
Communicate findings with suppliers and the head office.
Oversee day-to-day operations of garment inspection and quality control processes.
Manage and coordinate inspection schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
Supervise and guide a team of inspectors and quality checkers across multiple sites or factories.
Ensure that inspection standards align with buyer requirements.
Monitor productivity and reporting accuracy from inspection teams.
Review and approve inspection reports before submission to clients.
Liaise with factories, merchandisers, and buyers regarding inspection status and outcomes.
Maintain documentation and records for compliance and audits.
Conduct training and development for new inspectors and production QC staff.
Identify and resolve any issues affecting inspection quality or efficiency.
Lead & Supervise QA and QC Team
Making sure that products are manufactured to company standard acceptance.
Liaising with process term to implement procedure and improvements
Directed QC activities to ensure maximum quality as per requirement
Supervise & guide teams to establish quality standards as per requirement
Ensure that quality standards are met by all departments by explaining the importance of maintaining the quality standards.
