• Minimum 10 years in industrial operations (at least 5 years in senior management role in steel or light engineering sector)

The Manager cum In-Charge, Factory will be responsible for leading and overseeing the overall operations of the Sanji Stainless Steel Industries Ltd., Factory. The position requires strong leadership, technical expertise in mechanical systems, process optimization, production management, and coordination between departments to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective operations.

• Plan, organize, and direct overall plant operations to achieve production targets and maintain product quality standards.

• Supervise production, maintenance, and utility teams to ensure smooth plant operation.

• Develop and implement operational strategies for cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and waste minimization.

• Monitor daily production, machinery performance, and manpower utilization.

• Coordinate with R&D, Quality Control, and Procurement departments for process optimization and material management.

• Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance schedules are properly followed.

• Maintain compliance with industrial safety, environmental, and labor regulations.

• Prepare and manage annual budgets, production forecasts, and performance reports.

• Identify technical bottlenecks and implement process improvement initiatives.

• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives.

• Liaise with top management for strategic decision-making and implementation.
