Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA/Bachelor/Master with Commerce or any other background.
∎ Recently Retired Police Inspector or officer- In-Charge or equivalent only can apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collection Overdue and arrears from Client.
∎ Collecting instalments from each client's home.
∎ Visiting client's factory/business premises and proposed mortgage property for measuring the risk associated with the respective client.
∎ Monitoring and ensuring timely loan repayment, collect financial statements and other necessary documents from time to time.
∎ Visit new and existing clients to assess the credit worthiness, operational and financial performance of individual businesses as and when required and prepare visit reports.
∎ To arrange trial and arbitration of the defaulting client and to settle it.
∎ Dealing with security document related issues.
∎ Coordinating and meeting audit and other regulatory body's requirements.
∎ Any other activities assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 60 years
∎ Credit Risk Management, Negotiation Skills, Strong interpersonal skill
∎ Ability to work under pressure, within agreed targets and time scales and deliver quality outcomes.

Salary: Negotiable
