• Oversee credit control processes to manage and monitor credit risks effectively.
• Assess and manage credit risk through analysis of financial data and credit reports.
• Develop and update credit policies and procedures to align with industry standards and regulations.
• Manage collections activities to ensure timely recovery of outstanding debts.
• Generate and analyze reports on key credit metrics for strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in credit management.
• Lead and develop a team of credit control professionals to optimize performance and productivity.
• Foster relationships with internal stakeholders and external parties to facilitate effective credit management.
• Collaborate with other departments on cross-functional initiatives such as process improvements or system upgrades.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure proactive adaptation of credit policies and strategies.
• Perform any tasks assigned by the manager as needed.
