Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to Supervise and monitor activities of Credit card customer Onboarding process
∎ Maintain bank’s approval policy and check compliance of proper delegation of authority before any customer onboarding
∎ Ensure all types of risk and regulatory control measures.
∎ Check & assign the credit limit for the credit cards in the system.
∎ Monitor end to end issuing process regarding credit card within SLA
∎ Ensure document adequacy and data accuracy of the credit card files
∎ Supervise delivery team and courier activity to ensure timely delivery of credit cards to customers.
∎ Ensure document checking before any issuance of credit card (approval copy, charge document etc.).
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 10 years’ experience in bank out of which 5 years in credit card operations
∎ Knowledge on regulatory compliance regarding credit card document, data entry, personalization and delivery is required.
∎ Knowledge on PCI DSS requirements is required.
∎ Experience in EMV Contact and contactless chip personalization process will be preferable.
∎ Experience in Credit Card file management automation, e-archiving and tracking will be preferable.
