Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting/ Costing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Cost Accounting /Accounting & Finance from any reputed public/private University.
∎ CMA qualified or part completed is required.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and maintain the cost accounting system, Documents and records of the organization.
∎ Analyze / Estimate and recommend costs & cost savings and complete internal cost audits with ledger preparation.
∎ Comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for financial statements.
∎ Analyze the data collected and log a detailed record of the results.
∎ Analyze any changes in goods or services provided in order to determine what effects it has on the cost.
∎ Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare regular reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
∎ Provide management with reports that specify and compare factors that affects prices and profitability of products or services.
∎ Conduct physical inventories and monitor the cycle count program.
∎ Develop management reporting/ analytical tools/ key indicators for accounts and finance section.
∎ Focus on efficiency programs, Product profitability and Investment Analysis
∎ Analyze and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate daily, monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly financial Statements with the Board of Directors.
∎ Maintain all types of cost sheet, Identify process loss with appropriate reason.
∎ Stock valuation and physical verification of stock and reconciliation between financial stock records and factory stock ledger and also identify the variance between post costing and pre-costing with recommendation.
∎ To find the scope of process improvement opportunities and recommendations that result in beneficial change.
∎ Advising on Tax & VAT planning (within current legislation to enable them to minimize the tax liabilities;
∎ Perform any other task as assigned by the management of the Company.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ At least 08 year(s) experience in Textile Spinning Industry.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts / Costing in Spinning Mills.
∎ Must have a minimum of 8 years' experience in the Spinning Industry.
∎ Competent in computer-based accounting, finance system and Inventory management.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in Bengali & English.
∎ Strong analytical ability, problem solving, integrity and target oriented.
∎ Ability to work under stress and meet tight deadline without compromising quality.
