Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (M.Com)/ MBA / Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Training on supply chain management is preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle Shipping line and transport related concern authorities for smooth and timely delivery of goods and execution of import & export procedures;
∎ Custom handling, Export clearance & documentation, UD, UD Amendment & Export Orders on time.
∎ Having sound knowledge of Clearing & Forwarding (C&F), Customs Bond rules & regulations etc.
∎ Ensure collecting bill of Lading on time & submitting export documents to forwarding agent or Bank to Bank.
∎ Preparing L/C Closing statement & report to management.
∎ Ensure managing yearly Customs Audit claims independently.
∎ Should have Clear knowledge of current rules & regulations of Customs, UCPDC- 600, HS Code, and Inco terms.
∎ Co-ordinate with all activities with all other section of Commercial department (Export section, Import section, Customs section, Bank section, Audit section, BTMA etc.)
∎ Co-ordinate with Marketing and Accounts & Finance department regularly for shipment schedule and fund management activities respectably.
∎ Responsible for prepare & submit monthly, quarterly and annual report to the management for necessary action.
∎ Monitoring overall activities of commercial department, co-ordinate with other department & outside parties, government offices, local liaison offices of buyer, audit farms, bank etc.
∎ Submit & collect GSP certificate form component authorities.
∎ Liable for submission of Export documents to Buyer's representative to get Inspection Certificate.
∎ Dependable to submit Export documents to Bank for negotiation with buyers bank for bill realization.
∎ Follow up the payment realization & disbursement the funds after getting the payment.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only candidates with at least 10 year(s) in spinning factory should apply.
∎ Should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Export/ Import through L/C, Spinning, Textile, and Banks.
∎ Advance knowledge on M.S Excel.
∎ Should have long background with adequate experience in Commercial administration.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and maintain discipline.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge in Industry formalities/ Policy, Import Policy & Export Policy in spinning mills.
∎ Strong communication, persuasion and presentation skills, both written and oral English
∎ Should be a good team leader, Well conversant & Interpersonal skills
∎ Foreign correspondence and having banking knowledge is a must.

Salary: Negotiable
