Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop corporate marketing & Sales strategies aligned with the organization's brand strategy.
∎ Act as the key liaison between product development and corporate buyers.
∎ Maintain customer relationships for future purchases.
∎ Cultivate programs that ensure products sell in-store and in modern trades.
∎ Oversee business development activities including Government liaison: Liaison with key customers' new product development
∎ Mange both Corporate and individual customers with full satisfaction.
∎ Explore market intelligence report to sustain business and strategic planning.
∎ Handling a Sales Team and direct sales team to achieve both individual and company goals.
∎ Responsible to achieve targets both in volume and value and for overall sales planning, promoting, and Sales activities of the business.
∎ Plan, Direct, and implement the company's sales strategy for different government, Semi Govt. private and Industrial Projects.
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Extensive knowledge of corporate sales strategies and branding.
∎ Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
∎ Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Strong time management and organizational abilities.
∎ Skilled in writing/ speaking in English
∎ Email correspondence skills
∎ Strong negotiation skills.
