∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

∎ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
∎ Strong understanding of the travel industry, including air ticketing, visa processing, and travel regulations.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
∎ Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
∎ Proficiency in using travel industry software (e.g., GDS systems, CRM software).
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Strong leadership and motivational skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and develop new corporate clients in various sectors (e.g., IT, finance, manufacturing).
∎ Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities.
∎ Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
∎ Negotiate and close deals with corporate clients.
∎ Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
∎ Oversee the entire air ticketing process, including booking, ticketing, and issuing.
∎ Ensure timely and accurate visa application processing for corporate clients.
∎ Stay updated on travel regulations and visa requirements of different countries.
∎ Provide expert travel advice and guidance to corporate clients.
∎ Lead and mentor a team of sales and operations staff.
∎ Set performance targets and monitor team progress.
∎ Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
∎ Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
∎ Explore new revenue streams and opportunities within the travel industry.
∎ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction for all corporate clients.
∎ Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with airline and visa processing partners.
