Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ Candidate must have MBA/ Masters Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing from IBA, NSU, IUB, BRAC, EWU and only reputed foreign Universities
∎ (Please do not apply if you are/ were not in the mentioned universities)
∎ Skills Required: Corporate sales and Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To obtain target sales appointments per week both out of the office and in house directed by the head.
∎ Be aware of the key trends in the market and take appropriate action.
∎ Plan and organize corporate sales & marketing promotional initiatives.
∎ Ensure that all communications with customers/clients are handled within the required time frame and to the company standards.
∎ Prepare the plan to conduct sales appointments to build the rapport with clients.
∎ Establish key relationships with corporate clients and agencies to ensure maximum exposure and increase sales.
∎ To ensure personal presentation is of the highest standards at all times to project a professional image to clients.
∎ Ability to close sale deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
∎ Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating the company's needs and goals.
∎ Develop unique presentations based on different client segmentation.
∎ Entertain prospective clients where appropriate.
∎ Liaise with the rest of the team on a day to day basis to obtain all new sales leads.
∎ Have full product knowledge of the facilities offered and be pro-active in putting forward suggested actions to achieve the department's targets.
∎ Ensure monthly clients status reports to head/ management is submitted promptly.
∎ Provide support and coaching to new team members within Sales Team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years

∎ Corporate Marketing, Relationship Management/ Key Account Management, Sales
∎ Candidates who can take challenge of the job and can join early will be given preference.
∎ Candidates must have to be smart, energetic and presentable and proficient in both verbal and written English.
∎ Preference will be given to those who have experience in reputed top real estate companies or multinationals.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Internet applications.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure, positive attitude to any challenges.
∎ To be proactive with locating and developing new business
∎ To ensure all opportunities are taken to promote products to our clients and to increase the client base
∎ Have extensive knowledge of competitors and what business is booking into the area
∎ Demonstrate a 'can do' attitude at all times
