Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the Corporate Sales team of Bangladesh
∎ Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets
∎ Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
∎ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
∎ Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
∎ Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
∎ Understand category-specific landscapes and trend
∎ Motivate the sales team to achieve the best results possible
∎ Identify key areas for improvement in the sales process

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven track record of successfully achieving/exceeding sales targets
∎ Excellent leadership and management skills
∎ Excellent networking and relationship management skills
∎ Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
