Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the Sales team of Bangladesh. .
∎ Own and hit/exceed monthly sales targets.
∎ Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
∎ Initiate action plan to identify potential markets along with new sales opportunities,
∎ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
∎ Communicate the USPs of products to dealers and customers.
∎ Attend industry events and conferences to generate new business leads.
∎ Lead, monitor and frequently visit dealers across the country.
∎ Monitor competition and organize promotional activities from time to time.
∎ Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
∎ Understand category-specific landscapes and trend.
∎ Motivate the sales team to achieve the best results possible.
∎ Identify key areas for improvement in the sales process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent networking and relationship building and managing skills.
∎ The ability to lead and inspire team.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 210000 - 300000 (Monthly)
∎ The position comes with car allowance on top of gross salary.
