∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Production,Production/ Operation Management,Industrial & Production Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 16 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.
∎ Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations of the factory.
∎ Responsible for production output, product quality and on-time.
∎ Allocate resources effectively for optimum utilization.
∎ Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime.
∎ Ensure the safe use of equipment and oversee regular maintenance.
∎ Oversee routine adjustments to machines as needed.
∎ Oversee quality control and pre-delivery inspections.
∎ Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards of the OEM.
∎ Lead Safety Committee and implementing solutions as required.
∎ Oversee training and development programs of factory employees, arranged by the OEM.
∎ Ensure cleanliness (hygiene) and discipline within the factory premises.
∎ Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts of the industry.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent know-how of factory and production operations.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Strong leadership skills.
∎ Experience and know-how of motivating workforce.
Salary: Tk. 130000 - 190000 (Monthly)
