Responsibilities & Context:

Corporate Client Acquisition:

  • Develop and execute strategies to attract and acquire new corporate clients.
  • Identify business opportunities by researching market trends, corporate needs, and competitor activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the corporate sector.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Address client queries and ensure high levels of service quality.
  • Regularly meet with corporate clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Achieve revenue targets through the acquisition of new business and the expansion of existing corporate accounts.
  • Develop proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to the needs of corporate clients.
  • Monitor sales performance and suggest adjustments to sales strategies as needed.

Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Work closely with senior management to develop and implement business strategies that align with corporate goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, finance, operations) to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Forecast market trends and adapt strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Market & Competitor Analysis:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and new business ventures.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team meets performance targets.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to corporate sales and business growth.
  • Prepare and present regular business updates and sales forecasts to senior management.
  • Use data analytics to refine sales strategies and improve overall business performance.
