∎ Bachelors/Master's in CSE/ EEE/ECE/ETE from any well Reputed public or private university

∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and develop network infrastructure and updating existing network
∎ Planning network infrastructure for new application and services
∎ Provide leadership to handle network operation in a 24/7 operating environment
∎ Drive technical staff to monitor and resolve customer
∎ Managing the operation and maintenance of all technological requirement to meet customer demand for new and improved service offering
∎ Supervise and monitor day to day operation of all network engineers
∎ Multi-tasking ability and solve multiple trouble issues simultaneously in a high stress environment
∎ Communicate effectively with the ability to work in a team environment
∎ Serves as the manager-level escalation point for network operations and manages staff that responds and resolves all network infrastructure operational issues
∎ Meets very aggressive network availability, MTTR, and ticket handling objectives while providing hands-on leadership during network events
∎ provide timely and accurate notification of network issues are being communicated to the business and that all outages are being escalated accordingly with carrier and partners
∎ Ensures that all process and procedures have been implemented, understood and followed for their responsible shift
∎ Examine all Root Cause Analysis (RCAs) are completed accurately and timely, with the ability to present to executive leadership
∎ Key point of contact for all major issues
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 8 to10 years proven professional experience in any nationwide ISP is preferable
∎ Possession of Professional Certifications will be a key added advantage
∎ Good command in English & Bengali both spoken and written
∎ Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
∎ Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, MS Excel & other relevant programs, Internet browsing etc.
∎ In-depth knowledge of network infrastructure devices i.e. routers, Switch, OLT
∎ Advanced ability to isolate and troubleshoot failed equipment, facility issues and other components of network (Cisco, Juniper networking devices and Optical Networking)
∎ Hands on knowledge of the procedures used in the installation, modification maintenance and repair of IP core network hardware and software
∎ Strong knowledge in the TCP/IP protocol suite routing protocols, security technology and Internet core systems
∎ Having professional knowledge of LAN, WAN, VLAN, BGP, OSPF, VPN, L2 & L3 Concept.
∎ Working with different types of routing protocols like Static, OSPF, BGP with multiple network and Load balancing with Mikrotik & Cisco Systems
∎ Vendor Certification must: CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, MTCRE
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP, Telecom, Software IIG etc
