Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Commerce/or any other relevant area
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To make physical visit of those critical customers within the assigned area.
∎ (Anywhere Bangladesh)
∎ To follow up regularly to all assigned customers payment commitment.
∎ To submit daily, weekly and monthly collection status to reporting.
∎ Prepare daily time wise work plan, weekly collection plan, monthly tour plan for recovery and submit to supervisor.
∎ Achieve collection target as set by the Management for the period being.
∎ Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable.
∎ Handle customers' questions or complaints.
∎ Negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Preferable to have minimum 2-4 years' experience in ISP/IIG/Telecom industry
∎ CRM/Credit Card/Loan Recovery working experienced candidates will get preference
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel, data entry is must
∎ Proficiency of Reporting
∎ Very strong customer orientation
∎ Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
∎ Operating within a dynamic team and fast-moving industry environment
∎ Must be willing to work long hours when the need arises
