Educational Requirements:
∎ MA/MBA/Msc with Diploma/Degree in Hotel management.
∎ BA/BSc/BCom with Diploma/Degree in Hotel management.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Human Resource Management and Compliance of Audit.
∎ Must be Proficient in the following dimensions of company functions: food & beverage menu planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, housekeeping, company policies and procedures, personnel management, record-keeping, and preparation of reports etc.
∎ Develop employees by providing on-going feedback, establishing performance expectations and by conducting performance reviews
∎ Treats all Team Members fairly, and with respect & sets high standards for appropriate team behavior.
∎ Works with food and chef staff to ensure proper food presentation and proper food-handling procedures, Check the quality of deliveries of fresh food and baked goods.
∎ Handle guest complaints.
∎ Schedules periodic food and chef service staff meetings to ensure correct interpretation of policies and obtain feedback from staff members.
∎ Maintain budget and employee records, prepare payroll, and pay bills.
∎ Has effectively forecasted housekeeping needs.
∎ Priorities tasks effectively to ensure the most important tasks are completed on time.
∎ Delegates and follow-up effectively.
∎ Taking Ownership of issues or tasks and also giving detailed updates to management.
∎ Effectively identifies problems through reports and can ideate & execute to resolve the same.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age Maximum 35 Years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Hotel Management, Housekeeping
∎ Experience of HR/Compliance in others RMG factory may also apply.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ # Garments Environment Housekeeping
∎ # 3 or 4 star hotel.
