Job Responsibilities:
∎ Critically review and analyze current payroll, benefits and tax procedures to recommend and implement changes leading to best-practice operations.
∎ Ensure on-time salary payment including other allowances.
∎ Calculate taxations and provide the required information.
∎ Maintain PF and Gratuity calculation, investment, documentation and reporting.
∎ Ensure the processing of new hires, transfers, leave-attendance, promotions and terminations is accurate and timely.
∎ Ensure the final settlement of exit employees on time and proper documentation.
∎ Develop related policy and process considering labor law, if required.
∎ Deployment of HR software.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicant who has an educational background in Finance/Accounts with the required work experience in HR also may apply.
∎ Sound knowledge and expertise in Payroll, Tax, benefit & at least 2/3 years of experience in payroll management is a must.
∎ Good understanding of Labor Law.
∎ Analytical Ability
∎ Advance knowledge in MS office
