∎ Own the brand voice and engage with customers talking about the brand on and off the owned channel.
∎ Fostering interesting conversations and high engagement on the different community channels and communicate status to internal stakeholders.
∎ Build an identity and develop an active and engaged relationship with the customers via all Digital platforms (Facebook, Viber, WhatsApp, IMO, etc).
∎ Ensure response management w.r.t. customer interaction; e.g. queries, comments, complains, etc. within the brand digital channels.
∎ Manage/ supervise the query management team for 24/7 online response management.
∎ Own online community groups that talk about the brand and uphold a positive brand image in the digital space.
∎ Engage with various external online groups and communicate accordingly.
∎ Strong knowledge of online customer care management in multiple platforms.
∎ Hands-on experience in Social Media Management
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Experience in launching various community initiatives.
∎ An ability to adapt quickly to new software and constantly changing business requirements.
∎ A passion for customers and a dedication to providing a best-in-class service experience.
