Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create superior customer value through best in class product solutions in the Fintech industry.
∎ Develop ideal customer journeys for all kinds of products ensuring the best experience for customers.
∎ Plan and implement customer campaigns to achieve business KPIs related to the App.
∎ Interface Technology for the development of products/solutions.
∎ Conduct UAT for all the products in collaboration with Revenue assurance and other functions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience of working in the DFS/ MFS/ Fintech industry is critical for this role.
